Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Pathology

Jerad is a Lewistown native who graduated from Fergus High School in 1990. He attended the University of Montana receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology and a Master of Science in physical therapy in 1999.  Upon graduating, he worked at the Chippewa Cree Health Center until 2010. Jerad worked at Northern Montana Health Care in Havre, Montana as staff therapist for 6 years and then took over as Rehabilitation Services Director in 2016 to 2023. He began employment at Central Montana Medical Center as Director of Rehabilitation Services in October 2024.

Jerad is excited to be back home to fill the role of manager.  He enjoys the challenge of being a working manager and most importantly developing relationships with staff, patients, and the community.  He has 24 years of experience working in rural settings in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy. He has advanced training in vestibular rehab, dry needling, and manual therapy.

Jerad moved to Lewistown with his wife and 17- year- old son who is attending Fergus High School. He also has a 20-year-old daughter attending MSU.  Jerad likes to spend time outside of work with his family, hunting, fishing, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors.

I am originally from Gardner, North Dakota.  I pursued my undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University in 2012, and then went on to attend Physical Therapy School at the University of Mary.  Upon graduation from the University of Mary in 2015, I worked in a private outpatient clinic for 2 years.  I then moved with my husband back to his hometown of Lewistown, and began working at CMMC Judith Peak Rehab as an outpatient physical therapist.  I am passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function to allow them to live a fulfilled, active lifestyle.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, fishing, outdoor activities, playing with my dogs, and sports.

I am originally from Helena, MT.  I pursued my undergraduate degree from Carroll College in 2007 and then went on to attend Physical Therapy School at University of Montana.  Upon graduation from University of Montana in 2012, I worked at Benefis Health System as an Outpatient/Acute Care Physical Therapist for 2 years.  I then moved in 2012 with my husband to the family farm and ranch, and began working as an outpatient physical therapist at CMMC Judith Peak Rehab in Lewistown, and CMMC Basin Physical Therapy in Stanford, MT.  Since working at CMMC, I have been an integral part in developing our Central Montana Sports Enhancement Program in Lewistown and Stanford.  I reside on the family farm and ranch with my husband and 3 children.  I enjoy serving a rural community with diverse needs.

I am originally from Fort Benton, Montana.  I pursued my bachelors degree at Montana State University, and continued on to get my doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Montana, Missoula.  I then chose to do a 13 month residency to specialize in orthopedics with the Johns Hopkins Hospital and George Washington University Residency program in Baltimore/Washington DC.  I had the opportunity to receive advanced training in manual therapy, chronic pain/pain neuroscience, women’s health, and running mechanics (among other topics).  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, working on our family farms, and enjoying the outdoors.

I am a Lewistown native who graduated from St. Leo’s High School in 1986.  I pursued my undergraduate degree from Carroll College in 1990, and then went on to Occupational Therapy School at Colorado State University.  Upon graduation from Colorado State University in 1993, I worked at Shodair Children’s Hospital in Helena, MT in pediatrics for 3 years.  I then worked for an outpatient clinic in Helena for 2 years with adults, children, and skilled nursing.  After that I worked for 3 years as a contract OT for an Idaho School System in conjunction with a contract with a skilled nursing facility.  I then moved back to Lewistown with my husband in 2001, and began working at CMMC as an outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing rehab, and home health occupational therapist.  I also contracted with the local school district.  I particularly enjoy working with children and their families to assist with developmental needs.  I love occupational therapy’s role in helping people overcome obstacles in order to be as independent as possible.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family in the outdoors, hiking, horseback riding, biking, gardening, skiing, and sledding.

I am a Lewistown native who graduated from Fergus High School in 2005.  I pursued my undergraduate degree from Montana State University in 2009, and then went on to attend Physical Therapy School at the University of Montana.  Upon graduation from the University of Montana in 2013, I worked as a traveling physical therapist in acute care, and outpatient.  I moved back to Lewistown in 2014 and began working at CMMC Judith Peak Rehab as an acute care and skilled nursing rehab physical therapist.  My passion is treating the geriatric population, helping them recover from injuries and illnesses, and helping them improve their pain and mobility to lead a higher quality of life.  I am so happy to be back in my hometown to live and work.  My husband and I, along with our two sons, love Central Montana; the outdoor opportunities – from trail running to fly fishing – the people and the community here are incredible.  I can’t imagine myself anywhere else.

I am originally from Melbourne Australia.  I spent five years working as a Certified Nurses and Rehab Aide and enjoyed assisting others to get well.  I then pursued my undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary.  Upon graduation from the University of Mary in 2000, I worked in Cortez, CO for five years as an Occupational Therapist in skilled nursing rehab, outpatient, home health, and acute care.  In May of 2005, I moved to Lewistown with my wife and children.  I began working for CMMC as an outpatient, home health, acute care, and skilled nursing rehab Occupational Therapist.  I am passionate about seeing patients get well and return to their prior level of function.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and five children, running marathons, reading, and working on my home.

I am a Central Montana native who graduated from Stanford High School in 1995.  I then went on to attend the University of Montana, and in 1998 I was accepted into the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Montana State University College of Technology in Great Falls.  Upon graduation in 2000, I worked as a PTA in Missoula for 2 ½ years in an outpatient clinic.  I then moved back to Stanford with my husband and began working at CMMC in outpatient, acute care, home health, and long term care.  After starting a family, I decided to stay at home for a few years.  I then had the opportunity of working with CMMC again in outpatient when they started their satellite clinic at CMMC Basin Physical Therapy in Stanford, MT.  I have been an integral part in implementing our Central Montana Sports Enhancement Program at Stanford High School.  I have really enjoyed coming back to my family ranch and helping my neighbors and community members with their Physical Therapy needs.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, riding horses, ranching, running, roping, photography, and following my 2 children around in all their activities.

Amanda is originally from Vestal, NY. I completed an accelerated 6-year occupational therapy program in Philadelphia where I received my doctorate degree in 2017. I also played Division II volleyball during my first four years of college. Afterwards, I explored all around the country for the next five years working as a traveling OT. I worked in a variety of settings: SNFs, acute care, home health, and outpatient. I completed my last travel contract here at CMMC in April 2021 and ended up taking the permanent job (it was too difficult to leave this amazing place). I really enjoy working with the neuro population and UE orthopedic conditions/deficits. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports and outdoor activities.
