CMMC is continuously innovating the way we deliver health care. We have several opportunities available for you to receive care online for minor medical issues as well as to continue your relationship with your primary and specialty care providers. We are learning with you, developing and continuously working to improve the online experience for patients as we transition to providing more care via Skype. A technical assistant is available at 406-535-1502 from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday to help you have a successful visit and toolkits can be found below to help with downloading and using Skype. Please review or call prior to your visit, so you’re ready to go at the scheduled appointment time.
During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, TeleHealth visits are covered like an in-person appointment by most private insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
Primary and Specialty Care
Whenever possible, we would like you to continue your relationship with your established providers. If you have an appointment scheduled, your provider might request a Virtual Care visit to replace an in-person appointment. Some of the appointments that can be done by Virtual Care include:
- Medication refills and follow up
- Mental health
- New Patient Visits
- Prenatal Classes
- Hospital/ER follow ups that do not require a hands-on exam
- Medicare annual review of medical problems
